Return and Exchange Policy


Due to suppliers policy, all sales of our products are final. No refund or Return, No exchange. If the product you received has any defect or damage, contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the products with pictures, detail description of the issue and other necessary information.

We will review your complaint and issue authorization for return or exchange if approved. Then you can send it back to us within one week of receiving it, in an undamaged, unused, unaltered and resalable condition, and with original packaging.  And we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes.


Shipping charges are not refundable.

Where do you ship to? And how much does it cost?

We ship most of our products to major cities across Canada.  For shipping to USA, please contact us for details.

Our shopping cart is automated to give you a flat shipping rate to major city centers. If you live outside major cities or in remote areas, additional charges may apply. We will contact you if there are additional charges. Your credit card will never be charged until you confirm the order and shipping charges.
In Greater Toronto Area, we offer a curb side delivery service for a small fee of $70.00, by our own truck and crew. There might be additional charges for heavy items and for particular area, contact us for details.

 

I live outside a major City in remote areas. How can I get a shipping quote?
Go ahead and place your order online, and we will then contact you with an accurate shipping quote. You can also send us an email with the product details with your shipping address to info@vanitydepot.ca for a shipping quote first.  Or call us at 416.847.1258.


What type of delivery service do you offer?
We use reliable third party ground freight service with curb-side delivery. Standard deliveries are made during business days, Monday to Friday.
The pallet is lowered from the truck onto the curbside, driveway or garage lane, depending on accessibility. It's a good idea to have helpers to bring the products inside your home or garage.

Do you offer local delivery service in Toronto and GTA area?
For Greater Toronto Area deliveries, our own crew will deliver vanities to your driveway or garage for $70.00. Our standard delivery service includes one driver and one truck to transport the merchandise to your garage door front, or apartment building loading door only. Buyer is responsible to arrange sufficient labor for unloading and handling the products.

 

What if there are damaged or defective products in my shipment?

 

We check and pack the products carefully before shipping them out.

If the merchandise is damaged on arrival, the customer needs to:
Declare the damaged merchandise to the delivery company and sign the document regarding this situation;
Take clear photograph of the outer packaging and of the damaged merchandise and send those to info@vanitydepot.ca along with a description of the damage.

Customer must perform full inspection of products within 24 hours of receiving it. Check the outside of boxes for dents, punctures and crushed cardboard. If there are damages outside the boxes, let the driver know, and inspect the products inside the boxes, before the driver leaves to ensure that there isn't concealed damage. If there is concealed damage, take pictures and let the driver acknowledge the damage and descript it on the bill of lading with signature. And then contact us within 24 hours.

 

If upon inspection any defects or damages are found, take clear pictures and contact us within 24 hours. 


To avoid damages in transit, we inspect every item that is being shipped out. Items are in boxes, on a wooden skid, strapped and then shrink wrapped for a safe trip to you.

 

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

We let you know when the order is shipped out, and transport company will call you to set up a delivery date and provide you with an approximate time window for delivery.
Most large items are shipped out within 3-5 days out of our main warehouse in Toronto, smaller items are usually shipped next day via FedEx.

 

Does delivery crew bring items inside?

No. We provide curbside delivery only, freight companies with skidded orders or large boxes will deliver with tail-gate on curbside, driveway or garage lane, depending on accessibility.
For local Greater Toronto Area deliveries, our own crew will deliver to your garage or driveway.
