1. Do you have a physical showroom that I can come by to take a look?
Yes, our showroom is located at 582 Rivermede Road unit 6, Vaughan ON Canada L4K 2H5.
2. Do you do custom made vanities?
Yes, we carry standard pre-made bathroom vanities as well as custom vanities and countertops. Sometimes customers assume that they have to order custom made vanity to fit into the odd size of their bathroom space. But in many circumstances, we were able to work out solutions without going to custom made, which saved the customers lots of money.

3. I like one of your vanities on your website, but I don't like the countertop shown in the picture, can I change it?
At Vanity Depot, we provide plenty of countertop choices for customers. In most cases, customers can pick their preferred
countertop from our selections. However, there are some particular vanity models that the countertop cannot be changed.

4. My current bathroom cabinet is still good, I only want to change the countertop. Can you do it?
Yes, you can order the countertop only. Be sure to have all the correct measurements ready.
5. Do you do installation?
No, we do not. Our specality is to supply bathroom vanities and countertops.
6. Can I order the bathroom vanity without the countertop?
In most of the cases, the answer is yes. However, there are some vanity models that the countertop cannot be changed. Please contact us directly for this.
7. What's the warranty of your vanities?
Vanity Depot only carries products from reputable suppliers. These suppliers stand behind their products with their warranty policies. A typical warranty policy for bathroom vanity is limited one year warranty, some conditions may apply. Contact us for details.
8. Are the vanities fully assembled?
Yes, most of the vanity purchases come in two items, both fully assembled. One for the vanity cabinet and one for countertop. The sink is already attached to the countertop. Back splash and/or side splash usually come as separate pieces.
9. What is the cost of shipping for your products?
For address within Greater Toronto Area, we offer a flat rate of curb side transportation service at $70 each trip, some conditions apply. For all other address, you will be contacted after your purchase for the cost of shipping. Alternatively, you can contact info@vanitydepot.ca with items you would like to order with your location, and we can provide an estimate of shipping costs.
10. Can I order a vanity with a different countertop hole configuration?
We can drill addtional holes on quartz or marble countertops for $20 per hole. We do not provide services to drill additional holes on acrylic or porcelain countertops. It is also possible to drill no hole on the counter top, contact us first.
11. I have an issue with my vanity purchased. Who do I talk to?
Customers must perform a full inspection of their product within 24 hours of receiving it. Check the outside boxes for dents or damage to the cardboard. If there are damages outside the boxes, let the driver know and inspect the product inside before the driver leaves to ensure there isn’t any internal damage. If there are damages or defects found upon inspection, take pictures and contact info@vanitydepot.ca within 48 hours with proof of purchase.
12. Are all of your products in stock? How long does it take to get my order ready?
Our products come from mixed sources including international and domestic suppliers. We cannot guarantee product availability as it is a dynamic scenario. You will be contacted after your purchase for the lead time to process your order. Alternatively, you can contact info@vanitydepot.ca first with items you would like to order, we can provide an update of inventory status and estimate of the lead time required.
